Terms of Service
Plain-English terms for using this site and purchasing the Systems Review. Last updated July 13, 2026.
The service
The Systems Review + Build Roadmap is a fixed-price ($1,997) paid deliverable: we talk to the people doing the work in your organization and deliver a prioritized Opportunity Map of what Operational AI Systems to build and ship first. Build engagements are scoped and contracted separately.
Build credit
The $1,997 Systems Review fee is credited in full toward your first build engagement with Provident Logic if you move forward. If you do not, you keep the complete Opportunity Map and owe nothing further.
Your responsibilities
You confirm you are authorized to engage us on behalf of your company and to arrange access to the people and context needed for the review. Information you share with us is handled per our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual property
You own the Opportunity Map deliverable. Provident Logic retains the right to use anonymized, non-identifying patterns and learnings in its work and marketing, subject to any confidentiality agreements in place.
Disclaimers
The site and its content are provided as-is. Estimates cited in case studies (for example, hours saved) are engagement-specific estimates, not guarantees of results for your business.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
