What we collect
When you submit a form on this site (free consult request or the Operational Systems Self-Audit), we collect the information you provide: name, work email, company, role, company size, how you heard about us, and the problem description you write.
Site analytics are collected via Plausible Analytics, which is cookieless and does not track you across sites or store personal identifiers. We see aggregate page views, referrers, and events — not individual identities.
How we use it
Form submissions are used to respond to your request and evaluate fit for a Systems Review or build engagement. We do not sell your data. We do not add you to a marketing list without your consent.
Who processes it
Service providers that may process your information:
- → Stripe — payment processing for the Systems Review
- → Netlify — site hosting and form handling
- → Resend — transactional email delivery
- → Calendly — kickoff-call scheduling (paid buyers only)
- → Plausible — cookieless site analytics
Payment information
Payments are handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
Your requests
To access, correct, or delete information you have submitted, email hello@providentlogic.com. We respond within one business day.
