- What kinds of things can you build?
- Sales team dashboards, lead and quote follow-up alerts, field and dispatch alerts, customer status updates (“tech on the way” texts, live job status), unbilled-work tracking, compliance and expiration tracking (licenses, insurance certs, inspections), automated reporting, and spreadsheet replacements. - Do I need approval from IT or leadership?
