The problem
Most field companies already buy GPS and already run dispatch. The gap is the playbook: when a tech is going to miss a 4:00 AM pour, someone still has to notice, call the client, and find cover — usually after the window is already dead. Same blind spot for false on-site hours: the invoice finds out before ops does.
